Road trips, gotta love em
So things have been pretty busy lately, and since the snow is gone I have been out doing the homeowner thing. Yardwork is always a nice thing to have around, I mean what else would you do with your free time?
So the work road trip went very well, we got everything we wanted done and on time. It was a week long and staying in various hotels got old quick, some of the places were pretty small. Asking some of the locals about what there is to do the majority of the time the response was "Well theres plenty if you like to drink." So thats what I did lol. Okay not falling over drunk but I hit a few pubs and smaller bars here and there. Went to a bowling alley one night, that was pretty fun actually.
I dont actually mind the road trips, but I think that I will be investing in one of those street map gps things, after travelling around the larger centers I think it might be a good idea. Its not that I am scared of driving its that I will usually end up lost. I will be holding off for a bit tho and keeping an eye on ebay, I dont have to drive the corporate vehicles until my birthday this fall so I have time to shop around.
The TV is awesome and I dont see any way to go back to the old one. Not that I would want to, plus I have managed to sell it and bought a HD DVD drive with the cash. I wanted to get the true high def experience, man that is definately worth it. If you get the chance I highly recommend it.
Anyways I better run, Im going to get some Guitar Hero 2 in before bed. I need my fix of freebird.
If I leave here tomorrrrowwwwwww, willl you still remember meeeeeee....
