Yes I know that these machines need to be put out...
Its true that life flies by much too fast and lately I have been sitting wondering where all the time actually goes. I have also noticed that I find myself wishing there was a couple more hours in the day, there never seems to be enough. Anyways lots of stuff has happened but there is no point in going that far back so I will just mention that things are busy as ever at work with all kinds of projects on the go. Tons to do and I think a lot of people are feeling the pressure, I try not to let it get to me. There is no point in sweating this stuff outside the office, at the end of the day I shut off the office in my mind and leave it at the doors.
It doesn’t help a lot that there is no real leadership of any kind and therefore no real timeframe or planned strategy as far as how projects should be run and the order of which to do them. Everything is basically tossed into a hat and you randomly pick what you want to do that day. Its is more frustrating than anything but sometimes a person is more obsessed with the title then the job. Usually this means they are not experienced enough to do the job well and lead. The first reaction is stress and then blame everyone else, poor leadership goes a long way in damaging a team.
In non work related news I have acquired a cat named Rosco. He is a 1.5 year old tabby and friendly as can be. So far he and the rabbit have been getting along, I think it is mainly that they don’t know what the hell the other one is. Just to be safe though, when I am not around I make sure the door to the room the rabbit cage is in is shut. Cats are too curious for their own good sometime, don’t need the rabbit all stressed out.
That is about it for the quick update, things are going well though I cant really complain. Of course the thing about that is there is nobody that wants to listen to the complaints. J Later.
